Conditions:
We are happy to provide a "welcome pack" on arrival which contains some basic food & drink.We require a 500 euro security deposit which is refunded within one week of departure subject to any damages/breakages.


Built into our rental price is a cleaning fee which covers 6hrs cleaning on the day of your departure. If the villa is left in such a condition that requires more than the allocated 6hrs, the extra cleaning costs will be deducted from the security deposit at a rate of €20.00 / hr.




Pool & garden maintenance will be carried out each week .Times for this are arranged at the "Meet & Greet". Arrival times are 4pm and departures must be before 10am.
